This notice explains what FaceLore handles when you explore the archive, request a generated card, or subscribe to FaceLore Pro.
Last updated: July 16, 2026
Information FaceLore handles
- Archive activity saved in your browser, such as collected faces, streaks, and preferences.
- A browser identifier used to apply generated-card quotas and subscription access without a traditional account.
- Queries and generated-card content you submit when asking FaceLore to prepare a card.
- Subscription status and Stripe customer references needed to provide and manage FaceLore Pro.
- Basic technical records needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
Payments
Stripe processes FaceLore Pro payments. FaceLore does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe handles payment details under its own privacy terms.
How information is used
- Provide archive progress, generated cards, quotas, and subscription access.
- AI-generated cards may contain inaccuracies and should not be treated as verified historical records.
- Review or remove some generated content before it is made part of the broader archive.
- Prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve FaceLore.
- Respond to support, privacy, and billing questions.
Storage and choices
Some progress stays in local browser storage and can be cleared from Settings. Server-side generated-card and subscription records may remain while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or protect the service.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your browser or Stripe receipt by contacting support@facelore.app. We may need enough information to verify the request.
Questions
Email support@facelore.app with privacy questions. Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment details by email.
