Information FaceLore handles

  • Archive activity such as collected faces, streaks, preferences, and saved generated cards. Anonymous activity starts in your browser and is attached to your account after verified email sign-in.
  • A browser identifier used to apply daily archive-opening limits before sign-in.
  • Your email address, verified sign-in sessions, and one-time sign-in records when you create or recover a FaceLore account.
  • Archive search terms used to find published cards. Archive suggestions saved in the app remain in your browser unless you send them to support.
  • Published generated-card content and related technical records stored on FaceLore servers.
  • Subscription status and Stripe customer references needed to provide and manage FaceLore Pro.
  • Basic technical records needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

Payments

Stripe processes FaceLore Pro payments. FaceLore does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe handles payment details under its own privacy terms.

How information is used

  • Provide archive progress, published generated cards, daily opening limits, and subscription access.
  • AI-generated cards may contain inaccuracies and should not be treated as verified historical records.
  • Review, correct, hide, or remove generated content after publication.
  • Prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve FaceLore.
  • Respond to support, privacy, and billing questions.

Storage and choices

Before sign-in, progress stays in local browser storage and can be cleared from Settings. After sign-in, FaceLore also stores a synchronized copy so progress and Pro access can be recovered on another device. Server-side account, generated-card, and subscription records may remain while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or protect the service.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your verified email account or Stripe receipt by contacting support@faceloreapp.com. We may need enough information to verify the request.
