• Your browser and device type when reporting a technical problem.
• A Stripe receipt or invoice identifier for billing questions.

Archive corrections

For a historical or literary correction, include the card name, the specific claim, and a reliable source that supports the change. FaceLore may update cards as evidence is reviewed.

Keep payment details private

Do not email full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or government identification. FaceLore does not need those details to investigate a Stripe payment.
